In the first diagnostic session we assess your situation, identify the main risk or opportunity and tell you frankly whether you need a lawyer and what kind. If you decide to proceed, you receive a proposal with fixed scope and fees before signing anything.

Our service level agreement is under 2 business hours for first contact. Every request is logged on our platform with a reference, an assigned owner and a visible status, and we measure compliance monthly.

We work with three models depending on the matter: fixed fee per deliverable (contracts, opinions, filings), monthly retainer (ongoing corporate support) and a blended structure with a success component (litigation and recovery). In every case the amount is agreed in writing before we start.

Yes. We support company or branch incorporation, FX and foreign investment regulation, employment and tax structures, and contracts with local suppliers and clients. We work in Spanish and English and coordinate with head-office advisers.
